We use AI to work better and faster — while protecting our clients, our data and our reputation. This policy applies to everyone at — employees, contractors and temporary staff. If anything here is unclear, ask before you act.

5 · A human stays in charge

AI drafts; a person decides. Before anything AI produces goes to a customer, moves money, or carries legal or financial risk, it is checked and signed off by . AI must never take an action like that on its own.

6 · Accuracy is on us

AI can be confidently wrong. Whoever uses it is responsible for checking the facts, figures and tone before anything is sent or acted on. We don't blame the tool.
